Refund policy

This policy outlines the terms for eligible returns and refunds for online sales or purchases made via the phone.

An order cannot be canceled once the product has been shipped.

Returns are eligible 30 days from date of delivery. Items must be in unused condition. Fabricated parts are not eligible for refunds. Refunds may take 30 days to process.

Customers should initiate a return by contacting 785.842.6506. Customers are responsible for shipping costs and potentially a restocking fee.
